Last Thursday, pupils had the opportunity to inform themselves at the Realschule Riedlingen (secondary school) about various apprenticeship professions. As this event could not take place in the past two years, the more than 40 exhibitors were happy about the presence format. "The personal contact with the pupils was missing," explains Ellen-Sofie Schwörer, trainer at BLANK, "The direct exchange on site allows us as a company to go into more detail about the apprenticeship professions and also to present less known professions. In addition, at the training fair, the pupils have the opportunity to talk not only with us trainers, but also directly with the trainees and thus gain an even better insight into everyday working life." Overall, the event was well attended and very well accepted, although the fair was reserved for pupils from the surrounding area only, due to the current infection situation.
