FEINGUSS BLANK was happy to welcome eleven young adults on 3rd September 2018.
Working on different projects during the introduction week, the career starters got to know the company, the company structure and the different fields of activity. They successfully presented the results to the management board and the trainers.
This kind of introduction in the training company shall strengthen the multidisciplinary understanding and the integral way of view of the trainees. The project teams could quickly gain a first survey by conducting interviews with the managers and investigating the relations of the different production steps.
By means of different workshops in this first week, the new trainees had additionally the opportunity to find a good start into the working life. After the successful completion of the introduction week all trainees have been integrated in their special divisions. At the moment there are 39 trainees and dual students at FEINGUSS BLANK.
