FEINGUSS BLANK was happy to welcome twenty young adults on 2 September 2019.
Working on different projects during the introduction week, the career starters got to know the company, the company structure and the different fields of responsibility. They successfully presented the results to the management board, the management team and the trainers.
“This kind of introduction in the training company shall strengthen the multidisciplinary understanding and the integral way of view of the trainees,” explains Naike Nassal, Head of Human Resources at BLANK. “The project teams could quickly gain a first survey by conducting interviews with the managers and investigating the relations of the different production steps.”
At the end of the introductory week all trainees and trainers attended the annual trainee action day. First they played 3D mini golf, but the highlight was a factory tour at Audi in Neckarsulm. This gave the trainees a lot of insight into the processes and production sequences. The fact that the origins of the Audi Group began as a knitting machine manufacturer in Riedlingen was a huge surprise for everyone.
There are currently 46 trainees and dual students at BLANK.
