On 1st September FEINGUSS BLANK welcomed 11 young adults as trainees.
During an introduction week, the career starters got to know the company, the company structure as well as various areas of responsibility of the organization by working on project tasks. They successfully presented the results to the management board and the trainers.
“The introduction week is an exciting new experience every year, both for the new trainees and for the responsibles,” explains Christian Gaupp, head of the BLANK Academy. The project should first “break the ice” and promote mutual acquaintance as well as strengthen the interdisciplinary understanding of the trainees.
At the end of the introductory week a barbecue was held together with the new trainees, the management board and the trainers. Currently there are 46 apprentices and dual students at BLANK.
