FEINGUSS BLANK GmbH was presented also this year at the worldwide largest industrial fair in Hanover. The family enterprise, a premium supplier of investment castings since more than 50 years, has been participating in the fair for more than 30 years.

This year’s guiding theme at BLANK was among others the presentation of the new positioning “smartguss”. “The topic “smartguss” shall emphasize our focus on the customer and the flexible intelligent orientation of our development and production sections”, underlines managing director Axel Breitling. “Especially in times of digitalization and permanent changes it is important to act customer oriented and “smart” in order to fulfil the customers’ requirements and to be successful also in future.”

A further highlight at the Hannover Fair was the introduction of our development achievement “Digital Twin by FEINGUSS BLANK”. By simulating force effects, shape, material and many other components different production variations can be tested by means of a digital copy of the real investment casting part and this part can be improved already before it is produced in reality.
Beside savings of material and development costs, since expensive tests and sample series can be dropped, the resulting saving of time is a convincing argument for the application of this technique. 
The progressiveness of this development achievement was also recognized by the organization team of the Hannover Messe and was chosen and marked as highlight in the exhibition area Industrial Supply.

At the end of the week in Hanover, the FEINGUSS BLANK team could look back on a successful fair during which interesting talks were held and important new business contacts could be built.
