On 1 September, the time had come again: the BLANK-Group welcomed nine young adults as new apprentices. During the traditional introduction week, the young professionals first got to know the company, the company structure and the different areas of responsibility by working on various project tasks. Afterwards, the results were successfully presented to the management and the trainers.
"Every year, the introduction week is very interesting and eventful, both for the new trainees and for the responsibles," explains Christian Gaupp, head of the BLANK Academy. The different projects are primarily intended to help the trainees get to know each other and to strengthen their interdisciplinary understanding.
The introductory week ends with a mutual excursion to the Boulder Climbing Hall in Ulm. Afterwards the young people start their daily work in the respective fields of activity or in the basic industrial training in the training centre of the BLANK-Group.
With the new career starters there are currently 42 apprentices and dual students in training at the BLANK-Group.
