Three decades BLANK! - Sales colleague Hans Halder retires

The 6th December was the last working day for Hans Halder before retiring.

He attended the celebration for his farewell with mixed feelings. “There were ups and downs in the past 30 years of my working life, but it was the right decision to work at FEINGUSS BLANK.”

In January 1990 he started at BLANK as sales administrator. In 2002 he became head of the department external services/shipping. Holger Traub, today responsible for orders in the production, started in 2006 as trainee of Mr. Halder. “13 years ago Mr. Halder gave me the chance to prove myself in the company and he promoted my personal development at BLANK.”

Since 2012 Hans Halder has been working as area salesman and application engineer in the sales department at FEINGUSS BLANK and now looks back at 30 years belonging to the company: “It was a great time at BLANK, the cooperation with the colleagues has always been pleasant and constructive, I will remember this with pleasure.” Hubert Deutsch, managing director of the BLANK Group, wishes him the best for the future: “We hope you will like to think back to the time with us and wish you above all health.” Andreas Bleich, worker’s council, and Werner Blank, shareholder and former managing director, joined the congratulators. Werner Blank, who worked together with Mr. Halder from the very beginning, remembers well the mutual time: “He was a longtime companion of mine and was significantly involved in the implementation of our first large automotive projects.”

Hubert Deutsch gave Mr. Halder a rucksack with a starter kit for the future life as pensioner. The present of the colleagues of the sales department was a big surprise. Since Hans Halder loves music very much, they booked him a room in the Hilton Hotel in Stuttgart and two tickets for the “Musikparade 2020”, Europe’s largest tour of military and brass band music. As a memory for his daily work he also got a ship made of casting parts (40 cm long and 20 cm wide) symbolizing future voyages and new projects. At the front of the ship there is a small figure which looks tensely forward. “That’s you searching for new challenges”, explains Peter Wenzel, a sales colleague. “We wish you all the best for your discoveries and look forward to getting to know your new projects.”
