Prototyping
The possibilities of additive manufacturing are constantly growing and are also creating new approaches at BLANK with regard to the investment casting process.
Prototype construction
Additive processes such as prototyping make it possible to recreate each individual manufacturing step using the so-called 3D printing already before cost-intensive tool ordering and sample production. In this way questions can be answered regarding optimal component geometry for the intended use or which of the many possible processing variations is probably the most suitable, which in turn can lead to cost and time savings.

Possible additive manufacturing processes at FEINGUSS BLANK
- Additively manufactured wax parts for the investment casting process in order to be able to reproduce first pre-series parts
- Milled parts made of metal and wax for first trials in the manufacturing and application process
- Additively manufactured prototypes made of metal, for example using the selective laser melting procedure (SLM)
Whether it is a printed wax part or also a cast part - there are many options available to realize the optimal and most economical solution for you.
