BLANK welcomes 18 new trainees





On the 1st September FEINGUSS BLANK could welcome 18 young adults as new trainees.

During the introduction week they prepared in teams some presentations about our company. So they could get to know the company structure and the different fields of functions of the organization. The results were presented by the end of the first week to the management board, the leaders’ team, the workers’ council and the trainers.

This method of acquaintance shall provide a multidisciplinary understanding and an integral way of view for the trainees. The project teams could quickly gain a first survey by conducting interviews with the managers and investigating the relations of the different production steps.

At the end of the introduction week the new trainees had the again opportunity to get to know each other and the trainers even better: through a  team training they could strengthen the collective spirit and communicate the mutual expectations concerning the apprenticeship.

Meanwhile all trainees have finished their introduction week successfully and have been integrated in their special divisions. At the moment there are 51 trainees at FEINGUSS BLANK.
