The Chamber of Commerce (IHK) awarded the most successful graduates of the IHK examinations in the field apprenticeship and further education. 800 guests were invited to a festive programme in the town hall of Biberach where also two trainees of FEINGUSS BLANK were honoured. Ellen Schwörer, BLANK Academy at FEINGUSS BLANK, is happy: “We congratulate Timo Henkel, mechatronics engineer, and Laura Koch, industrial clerk, for their great performance.” Both trainees were meanwhile integrated in corresponding divisions and take care of their new specialized tasks.
Laura Koch works in the purchasing division. “Now I’m responsible for orders, supplier conversations and the procurement market analysis.” She has clear ideas for her next project: “My dream is to get to know even more about marketing processes and the purchase behaviour of customers, therefore I decided to start an extra occupational bachelor course of studies in the near future.”
Timo Henkel is now responsible for the maintenance of the machines in the division mechanical treatment and assembly. “The high degree of automation of the machines and rooms is a special challenge, you have to be able to react flexibly to disturbances,” he explains.
Jürgen Litz, Management of Organizational Development and Central Services, cordially congratulates both young professionals: “I’m always pleased when we can further employ in our company such engaged trainees after the end of their apprenticeship.”
The trainees have got to know the company intensively for several years and therefore have a solid basic comprehension of the processes from which benefits the whole enterprise.
