Back in October, it was announced that Texmo Precision Castings, a leading precision casting manufacturer, has acquired a majority share of Feinguss Blank GmbH. The transaction, which was still subject to the customary regulatory approvals, has now been completed.

What has changed?
The company name has changed from Feinguss Blank to Texmo Blank Germany.
