Mr. Ernst Leichtle started the new year with the celebration of his 40th company jubilee. "It's unbelievable how quickly time passes," he says, "I started at the company in 1984 as a fettler - today I work in a completely different area." A lot has happened since then: a move to quality assurance was followed by a job in incoming goods and then another job change to the logistics centre where Ernst Leichtle has been working since 2014. “At Texmo Blank I have always liked that there are opportunities to develop and try something new," says Leichtle.

During a ceremony Artur Widik, who has been his superior since 2014, handed over to him a certificate for 40 years of service and a gift from the company. "Working for a company for 40 years is something special," explains Widik, "I have known Ernst since I completed my apprenticeship at the company and he has always been characterised by his openness to new challenges and his reliability." He is always ready to fill in for colleagues and has new ideas about processes which he is happy to share. In his current job at the logistics centre, he is responsible for loading processes and is the point of contact regarding internal transport. In addition to his regular activities, he has also been able to demonstrate his manual skills several times in his day-to-day work and he also works as a first aider.

Alexander Lenert, Managing Director of Texmo Blank, is impressed by so much commitment, "I am delighted that we can count Mr. Leichtle among our employees. So much commitment to the company of over 40 years of service is exemplary and deserves the highest recognition." With his jubilee, Ernst Leichtle joins the list of 12 employees who have worked at Texmo Blank Germany for 40 years. "It's really something special when you dedicate your entire working life to one company," says Lenert, "We wish Mr. Leichtle the very best for his future, good health and continued success in his work here at our company."
