To increase efficiency and for even better cooperation, FORMENBAU BLANK GmbH was integrated into FEINGUSS BLANK GmbH as of 01 January 2023. "Our goal was to place the toolmaking department and the processing of investment castings in the same hall. This way the know-how and capacities can be used cross-departmentally," explains Managing Director of the BLANK-Group Alexander Lenert. So it is possible to use for example the machines applied for toolmaking also for milling work on investment castings.

The department will be located in the modern production hall of plant 4 which already houses the machining area. In addition to series processing, the production of prototypes and injection moulds will also take place here in the future. "Since this is only an integration, the contact persons remain the same," says Lenert, "There are no significant changes for our customers, apart from the fact that they benefit from synergy effects." The only thing to note is the change in address and account data, as well as the relocation of the goods receiving department of the mould shop which is now handled at Industriestraße 18.
